When rolling 4 sided dice for which side up & 1-100 for each card (or just drawing shuffled cards) would have over 4 quadrillion "stock" map combinations (more with variant assumptions).

Offset reproduction in one color could not hold many of the colors (i.e. blue would disappear completely) so we were trying different reproduction options like blue lines and black lines before Bob finally redrew the whole map free hand overnight.
