Lillith-1

Lillith (front). To this day, if you say the word "Lillith" to my cousin Joe...he WILL cry a little. She was the party's nemesis for a couple of years. Knowing I'd gotten myself into a situation where I had a powerful party, I often had to ramp up the kill factor to 11 just to keep them entertained. I eventually decided I needed a character powerful enough to hold the whole party at bay by herself.

Lillith.

Daughter of the union of a drow arch-mage and a succubus, Lillith has slaughtered her way through the world in service to Lolth for hundreds of years. As a result, she was given sainthood status by her goddess as a reward (See old issues of the Dragon Magazine for deets on creating saints. It's a very old article.) She's old, she's crafty, she's powerful and I played her with as much evil as I could muster. And, frankly, there were many times I had to fudge a lot of rolls behind the screen in order for the party to survive.

When last she was seen, she had taken the throne at the end of the module "The Endless Stairs" and had been devoured by the magic eater. But, Lillith has been seen to die many times in the past. Future players...be warned! :)
