Lady Sinec Regendered (cantrips and other). It wasn't often that you ran into a DM who enforced it, but I learned from my old DM that using the "Chance to learn spell" rules add a lot of flavor to a magic-user. Can you imagine a wizard who can't teleport or call upon an unseen servant?
